We could jump into the ocean from the diving board on the hotel!
Husband loved the ocean and the windsurfing... I particularly loved this tiny restaurant in Lisbon that was recommended by the concierge...
Dinner at Olivier's
chef's choice
Guacomole served on chip
Marinated Tomatoe and Feta Skewers
Foie Gras terrine served over carmelized Onions
Octopus Carpaccio

Cream of Mushroom Soup served in a Martini Glass
Sausage wrapped in grape leaves with Quail Egg
Beef Carpaccio with Arugula
Lemon Sorbet with Vodka
THEN:
Choice of
Osso Bucco
Seared Fresh Foie Gras
Black Pork
Scallops
THEN:
Chocolate Lava cake with vanilla ice cream
I nearly died from happiness.
While the plane ride home was reasonably miserable we would highly recommend going to Portugal. The people were so friendly and the culture so interesting.
I really appreciate being so lucky to be able to travel across the world and tell my kids of our travels... they were really interested in what we ate for breakfast every day. And I know that they had a great time with Maestra, Linds and Steve, and Aunt Sue.

We went to Portugal with my work... sans kids... of course I was relaxed!
Wow! Such a delicious menu. I'm so starving. You do look absolutely beautiful. I'm so glad you got to go. I want to go somewhere relaxing. By the ocean. With good food. Nice work and great pictures.
What of the entrees did you choose? Osso buco or foie gra?
God you do look great. You deserved this trip, Ms. #1!!!
I am glad you are home. You have been missed.
I actually ordered Foie Gras after eating most of the one served to the group. SO GOOD!
