I'm sitting here while Stanley Steemer is dutifully steaming away and thinking of the book we read for book club. "Evidence of Things Unseen" which is probably true of all the unseen crap inside the couch they are cleaning.
Book club included:
8 incredibly brilliant ladies (only one read the wrong book)
One giant vat of cheese fondue (yes kirsch is required)
Crab cakes (no sauce, it needed sauce)
Mixed green salad with brown sugared walnuts and balsamic vinagrette
Chocolate fondue with pound cake and bananas
and I'm pretty sure I counted 8 corks. Shwew!
Amoung other things my new idea is to take a banana and coat it with peanut butter and then freeze it and then slice and serve THAT with the chocolate fondue. Voila!
